Chiller failure

A pump in the temporary chiller failed at around 3AM. The current suspision is that a pump tripped / failed, possibly due to a power glitch.
GN09 warmed up to about 50C.
Remedial action taken at 7AM which brought the temperature down to around 40C.
The pump was identified and reset at around 8:15, and temperature returned to normal.
