Biography
I am a research associate at the University of Cambridge working with Prof. Cecilia Mascolo. My work focus on Human-centred Sensing System and Machine Learning. I am particularly interested in the following paradigms:
- HCI. Interactivty, reliability and engagement. What new forms of sensing modalities might be explored?
- Mobile Computing. Resource constraints and low latency on wearables -- How to infer/update models efficiently?
- Ubiquitous Computing. Domain generalization and test time adaptation. -- How to ensure the robustness of the system in varied environments?
Previously, I completed my PhD in Computer Science at the The University of New South Wales working with Prof. Wen Hu. I am a recipient of Australian Government Research Training Program (RTP) Scholar (2017-2021) and ACM MobiSys Rising Star (2023).
