Kate joined the Department of Computer Science and Technology in 2000 and has been working within the University of Cambridge since 1994, focusing on Human Resources. She is responsible for recruitment processes, role advertisements and also provides support on broader employment related matters. As part of her role, she works closely with the central University Human Resource Division for guidance on policy and administrative procedures.
