Xen Server problems - please report anomalies

We have had a number of problems with one of our Xen pools. If any VMs appear to be behaving oddly, please contact sys-admin.

A dom0 (actual machine which hosts VMs) had problems, so was taken out of service and replaced with a hot-spare. One VM (only!) appears to have problems running on the dom0, but there may be others lurking.
