Yang Liu is currently a postdoctoral researcher advised by Prof. Cecilia Mascolo in the Department of Computer Science and Technology, University of Cambridge. She received the B.E. degree in Software Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University, Shaanxi, China in 2016 and the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science advised by Prof. Zhenjiang Li from City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China in 2020.

Yang Liu focuses on developing intelligent mobile and wearable/earable sensing technologies for Internet of Things (IoT) systems with signal processing and Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques to enable applications of Human Computer Interaction (HCI) and smart health.
