Joy joined the Computer Laboratory in 2015 after previously being Secretary for a local primary school. She has studied at the the Open University.
Joy works in the Postgraduate Education Office and deals with the day-to day administration for the MPhil in Advanced Computer Science and the PhD in Computer Science courses.
She also serves on the following committees:
- Postgraduate Education Committee
- Staff-Student Consultative Forum (SSCoF)
- Health and Safety Committee
- Equality and Diversity Committee
Joy's interests include running, hiking, climbing mountains and skiing.
