Helen is responsible for coordinating recruitment and compliance support for members of staff at the department. This includes initiating extension of contracts, administering right to work checks and providing guidance on employment related matters. As part of the wider University, Helen works alongside the central University Human Resource Division and Compliance Team to obtain specialist Human Resource advice on policy and visa regulation.
