- HR Manager
The purpose of my role is to develop, implement and maintain an effective HR strategy within the Department, ensuring the strategic aims of the Department are met, and that the University policy and best practice are followed at all times. I provide advice and guidance to staff on HR related matters; managing HR activities including recruitment, contracts and staff welfare.
Biography
Prior to joining the Department, I spent 11 years working within the HR Team and the University of Cambridge Judge Business School. Before that, I worked at the University's Central HR Services.
Prior to working in the University I worked in HR for Tesco.
I have a Masters degree in HR, as well as first degree in HR from Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, and I am the Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
