Glynn Winskel awarded LICS Test of Time award

Glynn Winskel, Professor of Computer Science, has been awarded the LICS (Logic and Computer Science) Test of Time award for his paper with Andre Joyal and Mogens Nielsen on ''Bisimulation from Open Maps'' which appeared in LICS 1993 - see http://lii.rwth-aachen.de/lics/archive/test-of-time-award.html
