Research staff

Yang Liu is currently a postdoctoral researcher advised by Prof. Cecilia Mascolo in the Department of Computer Science and Technology, University of Cambridge. She received the B.E. degree in Software Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University, Shaanxi, China in 2016 and the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science advised by Prof. Zhenjiang Li from City University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China in 2020.

I am looking at how we can incorportate CHERI capabilities into future accelerators, as well as how CPUs integrating CHERI can mix with accelerators without support for capabilities. I am part of CAPcelerate project. You can find more information on my personal website.
