PhD students

Anna Ida Hudig is a PhD candidate in Human-Centered Technology at the Department of Computer Science at the University of Cambridge, supervised by Dr Jat Singh. Anna Ida is member of the Compliant and Accountable Systems Group https://www.compacctsys.net.

I am a PhD student under Cambridge-Tuebingen PhD Felloship. I will be supervised by Bernhard Schölkopf at the Max Planck Insitute for Intelligent Systems in Tübingen and Ferenc Huszar at University of Cambridge, where I will spend the first year of my PhD.

My PhD supervisors are Prof Sir Tom Blundell and Prof Pietro Liò at the University of Cambridge. My work focuses on leveraging AI for molecular design, particularly through diffusion models and self-supervised learning to uncover new biology.

I am affiliated with the Department of Computer Science and the Cambridge Center for AI in Medicine (CCAIM) at Cambridge. My broader research interests include the application of AI in structural biology and drug discovery, with a particular focus on generative models.
