In this talk, I will go into the background story behind the two complexity classes: MIP* and MIPco, and how three different communities: the physicist, the computer scientist, and the mathematician became interested in an uncomputable result in quantum complexity.

The study of interactive proofs in the quantum setting has yielded profound insights into complexity theory and quantum information.
