I am a PhD student at the University of Cambridge (Gonville & Caius College). I previously completed my BA and MEng in Computer Science & Linguistics at Gonville & Caius College, obtaining a “starred First” and a Distinction respectively. I specialise in Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing, exploring alternatives to Transformer-based Large Language Models (LLMs).
I am a Research Associate in Computing Education working with Dr Sue Sentance. I am part of the Raspberry Pi Computing Education Research Centre. I am also a Postdoctoral By-Fellow at Churchill College.
In a year when Artificial Intelligence has been at the centre of public debate, a new research group has been set up here to refocus attention on human intelligence.
The Learning & Human Intelligence Group (LHI) aims to provide equitable and effective learning for all by bringing together experts in education, cognitive science, and computer science.
