PhD students

My PhD supervisor is Nic Lane. Previously, I was co-supervised by Ross Anderson, who tragically passed in March 2024. Please take a moment to read about Ross's life and his titanic contributions to computer security and privacy here.

I am currently a 1st year PhD student in the department of Computer Science, University of Cambridge, advised by Prof. Rafal Mantiuk. Previously, I obtained Master degree from IIG group in Tsinghua University, supervised by Prof. Yujiu Yang. I received my bachelor's degree in Department of Software Engineering from Northeastern University in 2020.

I am a second-year PhD student and Gates Scholar in Computer Science (Energy and Environment Group). I am supervised by Srinivasan Keshav. My research investigates the use of Machine Learning for the decarbonisation of buildings. I am particularly interested in the use of in-context reinforcement learning for the decarbonisation of building operations.

I am a PhD student supervised by Marcelo Fiore and co-supervised by Chris Kapulkin.
