Collaborating with Men

Collaborating with Men is ground-breaking research conducted by Murray Edwards College to establish how men and women can work together to transform workplace culture barriers to women’s progress into leadership positions. Two new reports have been launched: Everyday Workplace Inclusion (which presents evidence from a gender-balanced survey across 25 organisations on the gender gulf in perceptions about the impact of unintentional gender bias on career progress) and Inclusive Networking and Sponsorship (which includes suggestions and actions for individuals and managers on how to build gender inclusive informal networks and how to attract sponsors, and presents a number of case studies on how to run effective sponsorship programmes across the private and public sector). Both reports are available on the programme website here
